Accordingly, in the event of a loss, there is no financial contribution by the client with Zero Excess.
The Waybill (Electronically via the Online Portal or Manual Waybill) provides for the option to elect for RAM’s Full Liability Option. RAM’s full liability charge shall be calculated and paid by the client in accordance with the “Liability Charge” in the Service Costs Schedule.
The “Declared Value for Liability” shall:

Please note that RAM does NOT accept any Liability for Services in respect of second hand goods.
How do I report a loss/damage claim for a RAM shipment that failed to arrive, or was damaged?
